Bootcamp Classes
We offer Bootcamp Classes Monday through Friday (5:15am, 6:30am, 8am, 9:15am, 4pm, 5:15pm, and 6:30pm) These are a hour long group workout filled with a mixture of cardio and strength training. You will be surrounded by encouragement and motivation while you workout! The classes are $15 per class or $60 per week. We also run 6 week weight loss programs that you can join and will be eligible for prizes for highest percentage of weight lost (Women-1st place-$350,$325, $300, $275, $250, $225, $200, $175, $150, $125, Men-$350, $225, $100)! We also do a Body Transformation Program for people who are looking to tone and define! Prizes for that program are $350, $225, and $100 for each the Women's and Men's Program. Total Body Classes
Join us Saturday mornings at 7am or 8:30am for a FUN, BUT TOUGH Total Body Workout! This workout is go, go, go and is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! The class only costs $15! It's well worth your money! If you would like more details please contact us!

Cardio Kickboxing
Join us Saturday mornings at 8am for a 30 minute fun and high intensity Cardio Kickboxing Class! We do a 30 minute workout using actual boxing bags which includes learning different kicks and punches used in kickboxing! This workout is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! We make it fun and challenging for everyone! And the best part is it only costs $7! Contact us if you are interested and we can give you more details!
